Posts keep going out. One person is accountable for them.

This is what I mean by managing social media: I own the calendar for your accounts, the copy gets written and reviewed on a schedule, and nothing publishes without a sign-off. Not a freelancer who disappears, not a dashboard you have to babysit yourself. Here is how the work actually happens, week to week.

What is social media management from Automation Solutions Co.? It is the service where I run your posting on a schedule instead of you or your team trying to fit it around everything else. I plan the calendar, write and review the copy, produce the video and image content, and post it, on your accounts, with a fixed cadence you agreed to up front. Nothing goes out without a sign-off. This is a marketing agency service, not industrial automation, and the "automation" in the company name refers to the tooling behind the scenes, not to unattended posting. Based in Uxbridge, Ontario, serving Durham Region and the rest of the province.

This is the feed and the following. Paid reach measured against the sale is a different service: paid advertising and conversion tracking.
1 · Accountable

Somebody has to own the calendar, or it slips.

Most small businesses do not stop posting because they ran out of ideas. They stop because the person who was doing it got busy with the actual business, and nobody else had the calendar in their head. A week without a post becomes a month, and by the time it is noticed the feed looks abandoned to anyone checking before they call.

I take that job off your plate and I am the one accountable for it: what posts, when it posts, and whether it actually went out. If something breaks, a post fails to publish, a platform changes how scheduling works, I am the one who catches it and fixes it, not you finding out three weeks later that nothing has gone up.

2 · The work

A pipeline does the first pass. A person signs off on the last one.

Doing this by hand, every post written and edited from scratch, does not hold up at a sustainable pace once you are covering more than one account. So for the kind of content that repeats a pattern, like a listing or a property walkthrough, I built a pipeline that does the first pass: it pulls the source material, writes the copy, and produces a finished vertical video scored against a fixed quality rubric before it ever reaches me.

That is the mechanism, not the pitch. The pitch is what happens after: I read what the pipeline produced, decide whether it is actually good enough for your account, sign off, and only then does anything reach your calendar for posting. A draft that does not clear the bar gets fixed or rewritten by hand. Nothing posts on its own, ever, pipeline or not.

If what you actually want is that pipeline itself, built for your own business as a system you run rather than a managed service I run for you, that is a different page: business automation and custom workflows.

3 · The terms

What holds no matter which platforms you're on.

No pricing games. This is the shape of the arrangement.

One person accountable

I own the calendar for your account: what posts, when, and whether it actually went out. There is no team of contractors handing your feed between them.

Nothing goes out without sign-off

Whatever produces the draft, whether that is me writing it directly or a pipeline doing the first pass, a human reads it before it posts. Nothing publishes itself.

The accounts stay yours

The social accounts, the logins and everything posted to them are yours, in your name, from the start. If we part ways, you keep all of it with no migration project.

Questions

What people ask before they hand this over.

  • How many posts a month do I get?

It depends on the cadence we agree on for your business during onboarding, and I hold to it once it is set. The number matters less than the consistency: a schedule that actually happens, week after week, instead of a burst of posts followed by silence.

  • Which platforms are included?

Whichever ones your customers actually use. For most small businesses that is Instagram and Facebook, sometimes with TikTok or Google Business Profile posts alongside. We pick the platforms during onboarding rather than posting everywhere out of habit.

  • Who actually writes and posts this?

One person: me. I own the calendar, the copy and the posting for your account. If a pipeline produces a draft, I am still the one who reads it, signs off on it and posts it. There is no rotating junior writer you have never met.

  • What happens if a post needs a change before it goes out?

Nothing posts without your sign-off if you want to see it first. Tell me the cadence of review you want, from every post to a spot check now and then, and I will work to that.

  • Is there a contract?

No long-term lock-in. It is month to month, the same as everything else I run, so the work has to keep earning its place on your calendar.

  • Who owns the accounts and the content?

You do. The accounts, the login credentials and every post, video and image made for your business are yours from day one. If we ever part ways, you keep all of it and there is no migration project.
