We run AI systems for SMBs — booking bots, content pipelines, lead engines. You get the output (reels posted, leads scored, bookings made). We operate everything. 1,000+ reels shipped for one client so far.
Send a listing URL, the pipeline drafts a brand-tuned 9:16 reel, and we sign off before it posts. Every clip clears a 7.5/10 rubric — and a final read from us — or it never ships. We operate; the reels are yours.
1,000+ reels delivered · 9.5 avg quality · <5 min URL→reel
Conversational front-desk for service businesses. Books, reschedules, upsells.
47s avg response · 1st-try resolution · 24/7
Scraped, scored, and sequenced. Personalized cold outreach that reads like it took an hour to write — at one prospect per minute.
5–15 hot leads/wk · scored against your ICP · zero spray
Integrations that live inside your stack — your Stripe, your Slack, your CRM. They're yours from day one. We build them, maintain them, and keep them quiet.
Stripe · Slack · Resend · Notion · Gmail · runs in your accounts
A property URL becomes a brand-tuned 9:16 Instagram reel in under five minutes — drafted by the pipeline, cleared by us before it posts.
Your booking bot sees the lead your outreach just landed. Your reels know which listings your inbox is fielding questions about. One source of truth. The longer it runs, the more compounding it does for you.
Every system we build outputs work — quietly, continuously. A booking confirms. A lead gets scored. A workflow fires. A reel clears review and posts. Pulled live from production.
A short engagement to map the highest-leverage system. We pick the one that pays back fastest, define the rubric for "good", and agree on what success looks like before a line of code.
No GPT wrapper. We build a system end-to-end — connected to your CRM, your tools, your data — and then we run it. Monitoring, tuning, and an off-switch are ours to handle, not yours to learn.
Quality drifts; models update; your business changes. The retainer keeps the system improving in your favor — new features, better prompts, sharper rubrics — while you spend the saved hours on things only you can do.
Two-week paid engagement. We diagnose the bottleneck, define what "good" looks like, and write the spec. The doc is yours either way.
We build the system on our infrastructure, plug it into your accounts, and run it past you until the output clears the rubric. Nothing publishes until you sign off.
We operate the system. You get the output — reels posted, leads scored, bookings made — plus a monthly call about what to sharpen next. Cancel any month.
I'm one engineer who builds AI systems for SMBs that have outgrown their operations but can't justify hiring three more people. No team. No reseller markup. No SaaS lock-in.
If you're doing $500k–$10M in revenue and your ops are eating your week, yes. I take three clients at a time — vacation rentals, real estate, boutique studios, ops-heavy services.
A two-week paid Discovery, yours to keep whether or not we work together after. From there it's a monthly retainer — no setup fee, no annual contract, 30-day cancellation. You can leave any month.
No, and that's the point. We run the system on our infrastructure so you don't have to staff it, host it, or debug it at 2am. What you own is the output: the reels live on your socials, the bookings on your calendar, the leads in your CRM. The one exception is workflow automation — those integrations live inside your accounts (your Stripe, your Slack), so they're yours from day one.
A VA can't do this. A junior dev can build one piece and walk. We run the whole loop, every day, and tune it monthly.
The pipeline drafts; we sign off. A reel is generated end-to-end from your listing URL, then it lands in our review queue — we score it against the rubric, sometimes swap a frame or kill a clip outright, and only then does it post. That's why the reject-and-redraft rate is a stat we publish: the gate is real. The bookings, leads, and workflow systems run without that step — they're rubric-gated by code, not by us.
No hostage situations. You keep the last 90 days of finished assets in a Drive folder, every customer/booking record we touched exported to CSV, and a documented handoff for your team or another operator. The workflow integrations we built into your stack (Stripe, Slack, CRM) stay in your accounts forever — those were yours from day one. The pipelines we operated on our infrastructure stop. 30-day notice, no clawback.
Fair question. Three things: (1) every system I run has automated monitoring and alerts — if something breaks at 3am I know before you do. (2) I take three clients at a time precisely so I'm never spread thin and you're never waiting in line. (3) Every client gets a documented runbook for their system, and a contact at one of two trusted operators I'd hand the work to if I had to step away. Continuity is part of the contract.
Discovery: two weeks. First production output 3–8 weeks depending on scope after kickoff. Most clients see real results — or a clear "this isn't working" — within 30 days of going live.
A 20-minute conversation. No pitch deck. I ask what's eating your week, you ask whatever you want, and at the end I tell you whether automation is the right move. About half the time I tell people it isn't — yet.
A short note is enough. We’ll reply within one business day with a calendar link or a straight “not us” — never a deck.
