Somebody should be watching your ad spend.
I'm Carter. I run Google and Meta ads for small businesses, I watch the spend myself every week, and every dollar lands on a dashboard you can open any day.
Every booking request now banks its real dollar value instead of $0, and a daily monitor flags a dark campaign or a spend stall before it sits unseen.
- Wired real booking value into conversion tracking. Every request logged $0 before.
- Caught a campaign spending dark. Brought it back the same day it was found.
- Split tracking per listing. Every live cottage now reports on its own.
A real client dashboard. Drive it.
Pick a business like yours.
The vacation rental view is a real account I run, shown anonymized. The landscaper and dental clinic are labeled samples, so a service business can see the same view. The layout is the real dashboard my clients log into, not a mockup.
The account counted bookings. It valued every one at $0.
That is the state I found a real vacation rental account in. The ads were spending and the bookings were happening, but every request was logged at zero value, so Google's bidding treated a four-figure peak week exactly like a quiet Tuesday. And nobody was reading the account between monthly reports.
I wired the real booking value through, split tracking so every listing reports on its own, and put the account under an automated monitor that never sleeps. The figures here are from that account, anonymized.
One caveat I say out loud: that value is per booking request, not collected revenue. The difference matters, so I track it honestly.

Ten days of dark spend is not a report line. It is an alert.
A monthly PDF tells you what went wrong three weeks ago. I keep a monitor on every account I run, and I read the account myself every week. When something breaks, it gets flagged within a day, not in the next report. These are real entries from that same account's log.
- FIX Wired real booking value into conversion tracking. Every request logged $0 before.
- CATCH Found spend sitting at $0 behind a leftover campaign end date, ten days in. Relit it the same day.
- SHIP Split conversion tracking per listing. Around 90 live listings now report on their own.
- WATCH Monitor live: a dark campaign, a spend stall, or broken tracking gets flagged within a day.
You see what I see. Every week, in plain language.
Every client gets the live dashboard plus a weekly brief: what changed, what I shipped, and what I'm watching. No slide decks, no quarterly reviews, no waiting a month to find out what your money did.

Asked before hiring me.
Do I own my ad accounts and data?
You do. The Google Ads, Meta, analytics, and dashboard accounts are yours, in your name, from day one. If you ever stop working with me, you keep all of it. Nothing migrates and nothing gets held back.
What does 0% markup mean?
Your ad budget goes straight to Google and Meta. I don't add a percentage on top of it or take a cut of it. You pay the platforms directly and you see exactly what they charged.
You're one person. What if you're away?
That's a fair question, and it's the real trade-off of working with a solo operator instead of an agency. I keep a small client count on purpose so I can stay hands-on with each one, and you'll always know how to reach me directly. If your business needs a 24/7 team, I'll tell you that up front.
Are you locking me into a contract?
No. It's month to month. If it's not working for you, you can stop, and you keep everything we built.
Start with a free audit.
Send me your site and your ad accounts. Read-only access is fine. I'll write up what's leaking, what's untracked, and the first thing I'd fix. No pitch, no obligation, and you keep what I find whether or not we work together.
I reply to every request myself, usually within one business day.
