Do you work with businesses my size?

If you're doing $500k–$10M in revenue and your ops are eating your week, yes. I take three clients at a time — vacation rentals, real estate, boutique studios, ops-heavy services.

What's the minimum commitment?

A two-week paid Discovery, yours to keep whether or not we work together after. From there it's a monthly retainer — no setup fee, no annual contract, 30-day cancellation. You can leave any month.

Do I get the code?

No, and that's the point. We run the system on our infrastructure so you don't have to staff it, host it, or debug it at 2am. What you own is the output: the reels live on your socials, the bookings on your calendar, the leads in your CRM. The one exception is workflow automation — those integrations live inside your accounts (your Stripe, your Slack), so they're yours from day one.

Why not just hire a developer or an ops person?

A VA can't do this. A junior dev can build one piece and walk. We run the whole loop, every day, and tune it monthly.

Is the social pipeline fully autonomous?

The pipeline drafts; we sign off. A reel is generated end-to-end from your listing URL, then it lands in our review queue — we score it against the rubric, sometimes swap a frame or kill a clip outright, and only then does it post. That's why the reject-and-redraft rate is a stat we publish: the gate is real. The bookings, leads, and workflow systems run without that step — they're rubric-gated by code, not by us.

What happens if I cancel?

No hostage situations. You keep the last 90 days of finished assets in a Drive folder, every customer/booking record we touched exported to CSV, and a documented handoff for your team or another operator. The workflow integrations we built into your stack (Stripe, Slack, CRM) stay in your accounts forever — those were yours from day one. The pipelines we operated on our infrastructure stop. 30-day notice, no clawback.

You're solo. What if you disappear?

Fair question. Three things: (1) every system I run has automated monitoring and alerts — if something breaks at 3am I know before you do. (2) I take three clients at a time precisely so I'm never spread thin and you're never waiting in line. (3) Every client gets a documented runbook for their system, and a contact at one of two trusted operators I'd hand the work to if I had to step away. Continuity is part of the contract.

How long until something is running?

Discovery: two weeks. First production output 3–8 weeks depending on scope after kickoff. Most clients see real results — or a clear "this isn't working" — within 30 days of going live.

What happens on the discovery call?

A 20-minute conversation. No pitch deck. I ask what's eating your week, you ask whatever you want, and at the end I tell you whether automation is the right move. About half the time I tell people it isn't — yet.
