The systems I build when a campaign isn't the answer.
Sometimes the problem isn't your ads. It's that posting eats every week, the same question gets answered fifty times a day, or a job that should take one click takes forty. Here are the three I build most. Pick the one that sounds like your week.
You paste a listing URL. A finished, on-brand video comes back.
The real pipeline I run for a vacation-rental client, shown with three videos it actually produced.
This is the piece of automation I can fully show you, because it is running in a real client's account today. Paste a listing URL, the pipeline pulls the property, writes and scores the video against a fixed quality rubric, and sends back a finished vertical reel. It does not post on its own. Every video clears a 9.0-out-of-10 quality floor before it reaches me, and I sign off before anything goes live.
Placeholders for three real reels the pipeline produced for the client's account. Final video drops in here. (These show the client's public brand, the one place I name them. The ads case study stays anonymized.)
A booking agent you can actually talk to right now.
A live booking agent I built for a dental clinic, embedded below. Ask it a question the way a patient would.
Most chatbot demos are screenshots. This one is the real thing, running on its own deployment: a booking agent I built and operate. It answers questions in plain language, routes by location, checks a live calendar, and replies in under two seconds. Treat it as a template, not a trophy. It shows the shape of what I build, a real working agent tuned to one business's questions that you would own and run.
The small internal tool that kills a repetitive job.
Some jobs are too specific for off-the-shelf software and too repetitive to keep doing by hand. That is what this is for: a script, a dashboard, or a small internal tool that takes one recurring task and does it the same way every time.
Here is an illustrative example of the shape these take (illustrative, not a specific client): new entries land in a shared inbox or form, a workflow cleans and sorts them, drops the result where your team already looks, and pings you only when something needs a human. I build these in your stack, in your repository, on your keys and accounts. There is no proprietary platform you have to rent from me and no migration project if we ever part ways. You keep the code and it keeps running.
Same terms across all of it.
Whatever I build for you, three things hold. I take 0% markup on anything you spend with a third party. You own every account, repo, and key, not me. And it is month to month, so the work has to keep earning its place. These aren't perks I'm being generous with. They are simply how a one-person shop has to operate.
Not sure which you need?
Tell me what's eating your time or what's not working, and I'll tell you whether automation is the answer, whether you'd get more from fixing your ads and tracking first, or whether paid ads are even worth starting for you yet. The audit is free and you keep whatever I find.
