Who builds websites for small businesses in Uxbridge? Automation Solutions Co. is a solo, owner-operated web designer based in Uxbridge, Ontario, serving small businesses across Durham Region, the GTA, and the rest of the province. I build fast, modern sites that are wired to convert and to be measured from day one, in accounts you own. No templates by the hundred, no markup games, and you are never locked in.

1 · Local & solo

Why hire someone local and solo.

When you hire me, the person who designs your site is the person who builds it and answers your email. There is no account manager in front and no offshore team behind. I keep a small number of clients on purpose, so each site gets the practitioner, not a handoff. And being in Uxbridge, I understand what running a small business in this region is actually like.

2 · What you get

What you get.

  • A fast, modern site. Built to load quickly and read well on a phone, where most of your visitors actually are.
  • Built to convert, not just to look nice. Clear calls to action, the right things above the fold, and pages organized around what a customer is trying to do.
  • Measurement from day one. Most sites cannot tell you what is working. Yours comes wired with proper analytics and conversion tracking, so you know which pages and channels bring real inquiries.
  • Your accounts, your site. The domain, the hosting, the analytics and the finished site, all in your accounts. If we ever part ways, nothing of yours leaves with me; I keep only my own reusable templates and tooling.
3 · Measured

A website built to be measured.

I come at websites from the ads-and-analytics side, so I build them to answer one question: is this turning visitors into customers? That means the analytics and conversion tracking are wired in correctly from the start, the part most web builds skip entirely. A site that looks great but cannot tell you whether it works is only half a site.

4 · Reach

Local, but not limited to it.

Being in Uxbridge means I get what running a small business here involves. But the build happens inside your own hosting and accounts, so I work with businesses across Ontario the same way. Your accounts stay yours, from day one, wherever you are. If you are hiring anyone, here is what you should hold in your own name when the site is done.

See the proof of the measurement side: how I caught a vacation-rental client's ad campaign sitting dark and wired requested booking value into the account. Need the site found as well as built? I also run Google Ads management in Uxbridge, and it is all part of the same one-person marketing agency. Just over in Scugog? See web design in Port Perry.

How a build goes, without the town, is on the web design page. Being found by people nearby once the site is live is local SEO, its own service.

Proof, not a pitch

What changed in a real account.

Figures from a vacation-rental account I run, shown anonymized. The requested value is per booking request, not collected revenue, so I say so out loud.

$0 → requested total

Booking requests from the ads in a vacation-rental account now carry the total the guest asked for, where before every one was logged at $0.

Same day

A leftover setting had let ad spend sit dark. I caught it by reading the account and relit it the day I found it.

0% markup

Your budget goes straight to Google and Meta. I never take a cut of your ad spend.

The full story, with dates, is in the case study: nine dark days found, a daily check since, and what it does not prove.

Questions

Asked before hiring me.

  • Do you build websites for businesses outside Uxbridge?

Yes. I am based in Uxbridge and work with small businesses across Durham Region, the GTA, and the rest of Ontario. The build happens in your own hosting and accounts, so location is not a constraint.

  • What does a small-business website cost?

It depends on what the site needs to do, so I scope it to your business rather than selling a fixed package. There is no markup on anything you pay third parties for, like hosting or a domain, and you own all of it. Anything ongoing is month to month.

  • Do you just build the site, or also help people find it?

Both, if you want. I build the site wired to convert and to be measured, and I also run Google and Meta ads and the analytics, so the same person who built the site can make sure it actually brings in inquiries.
